We all love the summer, unfortunately all the delicious food and lovely wine has a price. For lot´s of us it´s the workout hours that falls behind during those warm summer weeks but have faith. Together with B-ROOM and Annica Sjöö, author of two cookbooks and two fitness books but also famous from TV and her participation in “Let´s dance” (Strictly come dancing) and as a host of “You Are What You Eat” we are now launching a workout wellness weekend at PM & Vänner Hotel on 19th-20th of August 2017. B-ROOM is an award winning boutique gym owned by Betty Wassenius that during the weekend will lead a workshop for seniors highlighting why it is so important for elderly to exercise.
During this weekend we offer two different packages, one with accommodation and one without. For those who choose to stay at the hotel breakfast, free Wi-Fi and unlimited use of our pools, sauna and gym is included.
