Enjoy food and wine from renowned restaurant kitchens and stay in our best suites. In Wanås you will find yourself in contemporary elegance in a countryside Skåne castle environment on the doorstep of the international sculpture park. At PM & Vänner Hotel you are staying in an award-winning Småland design environment in the heart of the busy city. On request, a private tour of PM & Vänners art and design collection can be arranged.

The menu that we serve during the period 18th of June to 15th of August is the following:

Blackened king scallop with rhymed cucumber and mayonnaise of cress,
served with powan roe, elderflower from Odensjö and dill

Whole-fried cauliflower from Botulf with quail egg from Lammhult,
a crispy crunch of rye-bread from Bröd & Sovel and summer truffle

Pan-seared pike-perch with beets from Solmarka Farm, served with pan-seared summer chanterelles and a reduction of shellfish topped with oil flavoured with dill

Summer berries with a mousse of yoghurt, lime curd, roasted white chocolate, pistachio and a sorbet of strawberries and wild strawberries
